Here is a video from Green Power Science that talks about making cheap solar panels. It looks like you could make 2 panels at 120 watts each for about $200 to $225 after you buy the glass and resin for the sealing. That is about a 75% savings from buying them new. Amazing! It looks like they will make more videos on this in the future, but this is a good start. Also, there are lots of free info out there on making these.
